On your iPhone. There’s no account on the Free plan and no copy of your notes on our servers. That also means we can’t get them back for you if you delete the app, so if your notes matter, keep a backup.

Settings → Data & Backup → Export saves a JSON file you can keep wherever you like. The same screen has Erase all content, which does what it says and can’t be undone.

Set location access to Always. While Using the App can work, but you’ll miss some: a place reminder has to reach you when Pombry is closed, and iOS won’t wake a closed app to say you’ve arrived unless access is Always. Check iOS Settings → Pombry → Location.

Even on Always, iOS picks when to wake an app for a geofence, so a reminder can land a minute or two after you get there.

Your location never leaves your phone. We don’t receive it, and it’s not in any analytics.

Check iOS Settings → Pombry → Microphone. Your first voice note after installing also has to get the on-device transcription ready. That takes a few seconds, once.

Apple does the billing, so you cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. That stops the next renewal, and you keep Premium until the time you already paid for runs out. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not us.

New phone, or reinstalled? Tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen.

Email support@pombry.app. Tell us what you were doing and roughly when. If the app closed on its own, the time helps us find it in a crash log. Nothing you send us has your notes in it.
